This is suppose to be opposites of the characters I mentioned above. Instead of being that happy, standard heroine, Flare is the calm and rational one. She wieghs the situation out carefully before she makes any moves. I sort of based her personality off of Dakki(Houshin Engi) As for her looks, I always imagined her with long black hair, and the clothes are a little more seductive looking then most of my characters. Her name comes from one of the attacks in Slayers, 'Flare Arrow' and her element is fire.
